At Marine Atlantic, one of our top priorities is to deliver consistently strong customer service. As a part of this commitment, we are completing upgrades to our online reservation system to make it more user-friendly and to improve the experience for you, our customers.

When you visit our website and click “Book Now”, you will be greeted with a new modern look and feel and an increased use of graphics wherever possible to make the booking process simple to follow. Other upgrades to the system include the ability to reserve pet kennels online, view photos of cabins and reserved seating before booking, and the addition of a “Shopping Cart” which allows you to view your booking selections as you shop. We’ve also added arrival times to your reservation so you can better plan your journey.

Last (but not least), is an exciting upgrade which gives our customers the option to create a user account. If you create an account, it securely saves your key data for future bookings and allows you to change or cancel your bookings online. You will also have the ability to view past crossings and reprint any receipts booked under your account.
